Position Overview:Responsible for cutting, bending and completing stainless steel tubing runs.Responsibilities/Job Duties:Cuts, bends, and completes stainless steel tubing runs to Engineering specificationsInstalls threaded piping to Engineering specificationsSupport a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possibleAdhere to company policy, procedures, and rulesAdhere to safety requirements by wearing appropriate protective gearMaintain a positive, team-oriented attitudeFlexibility to work hours necessary to meet plant requirementsNeed minimal instructions of pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobPerform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisorHigh School Diploma or equivalentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced shop environmentAbility to read isometric pipe drawingsAbility to read and use a tape measure in US units (not metric)Ability to read and use a levelAbility to use hand tools and power toolsCompetency Test: Get a piece of tubing and perform a 90, 45, and 22 degree bend and properly tighten tubing fittings.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach, climb steps, and use ladderAbility to lift up to 50 poundsVision required: 20/40 with or without corrective lenses to accurately read all related distribution documentsWorking ConditionsSubject to outdoor and plant environment with adjusting temperatures and climateUpon Employment:Complete a Safety overview from the EHS & Facilities ManagerComplete a Quality overview from the Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Manager
