As a trusted advisor, the Capability Manager partners with business leaders to define future-state capabilities and collaborates with technology teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value. This is a remote opportunity.ResponsibilitiesServe as a thought leader who anticipates business needs, challenges assumptions, and drives innovative capability strategies aligned with enterprise goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior business owners, acting as a trusted advisor to translate strategic objectives into actionable capability roadmapsConduct deep analysis to clarify business needs, validate value assertions, and perform impact assessments across complex stakeholder ecosystemsLead the end-to-end capability lifecyclefrom ideation and Lean Business Case development to delivery and operational readinessensuring alignment with business prioritiesManage diverse stakeholder groups, including SMEs and key decision-makers, fostering collaboration and maintaining transparency throughout the delivery processPartner closely with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, integrate seamlessly, and deliver expected outcomesEngage operational readiness resources early to ensure smooth adoption, including communications, training, SOP development, and process mappingQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree5+ years in a capability, product, or strategic delivery roleProven ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus in a matrixed environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complexity and bring clarityExceptional communication skillsable to articulate strategy and details to varied audiencesComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)
