We give financial advisors the tools, products, and support they need to grow, including access to our platforms myAdvisorCloud, LifeBrain, and RetirementBrain.About the RoleAs a Vice President of Sales, you'll join a team of professionals to build and manage relationships with financial advisors, help them find the right products for their clients, and support them through the sales process. This is a phone-forward, high-activity role with room to grow into the Executive Vice President role.What You'll DoCall and email financial advisors daily to build relationships and drive product placement across our life insurance, annuity, and wealth management portfoliosWalk advisors through our products, features, and how to position them with clientsWork alongside your team to coordinate outreach and grow your businessPrepare illustrations, proposals, and product materials to support active casesTrack your pipeline in our CRM and use our proprietary tools to stay organizedKeep up with product changes, competitor activity, and market trendsWhat We're Looking ForSales and/or customer service experience preferred, but will mentor and train the right individual.Life insurance license and/or FINRA Series 65, 6 or 7 a plus; willingness to obtain within a set timeframe is also acceptableStrong phone skills and a goal-driven mindsetSomeone who wants to build a career in financial services and is willing to put in the workCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $45,000 starting + commissionMedical, dental & vision insuranceLife & disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off & paid holidaysScottsdale, AZ | Full-time | On-siteBrokers Alliance is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.Scottsdale, AZ | Full-time | On-site
