Senior Project Manager – Solar Construction We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple community-scale solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a leading solar EPC organization.Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of community-scale solar EPC projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeoutEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract requirementsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentationIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule and cost impactsMonitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to ensure successful project executionTeam Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support project teams throughout all phases of project deliveryFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team cultureProvide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to project team membersSupport continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organizationProcess Improvement & Strategic Initiatives Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve project management processes, systems, and proceduresHelp develop scalable project delivery programs that support company growthIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project executionEnsure compliance with company standards, best practices, and regulatory requirementsClient & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners and key stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultantsProvide proactive communication regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with business development and sales teams to support customer success and future opportunitiesQuality, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsOversee quality control measures throughout project executionProactively identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and technical issuesSupport a strong safety culture and adherence to all company and site-specific safety requirementsRequirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years supporting solar energy, renewable energy, or related infrastructure projectsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through commissioningStrong understanding of EPC project delivery methodsProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationshipsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar platformsAbility to travel to project sites as neededPreferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationMaster's degree in a related fieldLEED accreditation or other renewable energy certificationsExperience with community-scale or utility-scale solar projectsExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvementsPreferred in PA or Northeastern US StateBenefits Paid HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision coverageHealth savings account (HSA)Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment InsuranceVoluntary Life Insurance401k with a company matchPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramProfessional Development ProgramsEmployee Referral ProgramsVoluntary Benefits OfferedAbout Coral Reef Partners Coral Reef Partners, a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, is a leading commercial solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
