The company also earns industry awards for product innovation, reflecting a strong commitment to quality, technology, and global growth.Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Sanford, FL. This role oversees engineering teams responsible for developing, improving, and integrating adhesive, sealant, coating, and dispensing solutions, ensuring projects meet technical, quality, and delivery requirements. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering staff, coordinating project plans and timelines, reviewing designs and specifications, and driving continuous improvement in processes and products. The Engineering Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, sales, and customer support to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs. The role also involves managing resources, monitoring project risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including experience overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical projects.Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, such as mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and developing high-performing teams.Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills, with the ability to coordinate software and hardware solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments.Candidates should possess solid Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for engineering initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are beneficial.Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or materials/adhesives industries is strongly preferred.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
