_________________________________________________________Job DescriptionJob Title: National Accounts ManagerDepartment: SalesReports to: VP SalesFLSA Status: Full Time/ExemptLast Modified: 04/20/26­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­_________________________________________________________Job SummaryThe National Accounts Manager role will focus on selling, managing, and growing the industrial sales territory, building long term relationships with the customers, providing voice of customer and providing best in industry customer service._________________________________________________________Responsibilities and DutiesSalesMake sales budget on a monthly basisBuild strong short- and long-term relationships with customersEffectively prospect, qualify, present and close accountsManage all phases of the sales process and develop a sales funnel for all opportunitiesQualify each account for opportunities, identify all key decision makers and keep notes of all correspondence and relative information in CRMDevelop strong knowledge of our products and applications including competitors’ productsEffectively conduct product seminars to customers using supplied materialsCustomer ServiceEnter customer orders and assist customers with on-line ordersProvide superior customer service and exemplify Senva Core ValuesManage stock returns and credit memos per company policyAssist customers with basic troubleshooting and assist in elevating to technical supportProvide phone and order support for other territories on an as needed basisManage all levels of communication with customers in a timely and professional mannerManagement Manage sales territory and develop high volume accounts in each market servedIdentify and develop plans to expand customer base at each account and in all territories servedManage and prioritize outbound calls on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to prospect, develop relationships and follow up an sales opportunitiesProvide feedback on products and applications to Product Managers and Engineering________________________________________________________Academic and Trade QualificationsBS /BA degree preferable in _________________________________________________________Work Experience/SkillsExperience: previous sales experience preferred with similar roles and responsibilities_________________________________________________________Core CompentanciesHigh organizational skillsExcellent team playerExcellent verbal and written communicationsStrong public speaking skillsSelf - StarterGreat listener and problem solverQualifier and closing skillsActs with high integrity and always puts customer first, company second, and then selfResults oriented, driving performance throughout the company_________________________________________________________Core ValuesEXCELLENCE Deliver superior products and customer service.
