Hospitality Food Recruiter
The Hospitality Food Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for General Manager and multi-unit leadership roles across new and existing U.S. markets. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership, helping scale a high-performing management team capable of driving brand growth and operational success.This role requires deep expertise recruiting within hospitality, restaurant, retail food, or QSR environments, with a strong understanding of operational leadership profiles.Qualifications3–7+ years of recruiting experience within hospitality, restaurant, retail food, or consumer-facing operationsProven success hiring General Managers, Area Managers, or multi-unit leadersExperience supporting high-volume or expansion hiring preferredStrong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreachAbility to partner with senior operations leaders and influence hiring decisionsExceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience recruiting for multi-location or geographically dispersed teams is highly desirableComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitment for General Managers and senior restaurant leadership rolesPartner closely with Operations, HR, and Market Leaders to understand hiring plans tied to U.S. expansionConduct structured interviews assessing leadership capability, operational acumen, and cultural fitManage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptanceProvide market intelligence including compensation trends and competitor talent mappingMaintain accurate ATS documentation and recruitment reportingRepresent the employer brand to hospitality leadership talent nationwide
