Responsibilities What You'll Do • A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary • Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times • Learn to operate the Host Stand • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions • Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned • Process all payment methods • Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance • Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring • A Busperson will have an outgoing and social personality • Excellent communication and listening skills • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude • A willingness to learn and move into the server role • Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure • A team-player mindset • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs.
