This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve - those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutions.Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Licensed Behavior Specialist to develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide behavioral consultation for IBHS clients as supervised by the Clinical Coordinator.Schedule Details: Part-Time Availability (Potential to lead to Full-Time)Location: Wyomissing, PAProgram: IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services)Pay Rate: $32+/hourJob Functions:Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/proceduresReport to direct supervisor, and other administrative staff as required, in a timely and comprehensive mannerComplete other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisorComplete 16 hours of Department of Human Services-approved training yearlyComplete all additional required pieces of training as per Professional Development PlanSubmit to Human Resources on time copies of all required documentation regarding degrees, licenses, certifications, clearances, and trainingProvide clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standardsCollect outcome data (i.e., CBCL or ATEC) for all clients at times of service re-authorizationProvide quality mobile services based on established best practice principles of careMaintain quality documentation of clinical service deliveryMaintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and community support service representativesProvide all authorized client services and provide supporting documentation for re-authorizations, as necessary, promptlySubmit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentationConduct assessments of all new IBHS clients on his/her caseloadDevelop and oversee of implementation of behavior management plansProvide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as necessaryProvide case consultation to BHTs providing services on all shared cases and for other staff as required by the CoordinatorProvide clinical consultation to parents, extended family, teachers, and other adult caregivers regarding prescribed behavioral interventionsComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summariesProvide complete, accurate information regarding the frequency, intensity, and duration of both target behaviors and suggested replacement behaviorsParticipate in 1 hour of individual face-to-face supervision monthly, as well as all applicable program staff meetings.
