Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Injury Intake Specialist based in Atlanta, GA, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Personal Injury Intake Specialist will be responsible for conducting client intake interviews, gathering and documenting critical case information, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as the first point of contact for clients. The role also involves effectively communicating with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to follow up on cases and ensure all relevant information is received promptly. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders effectively.Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to provide a seamless and professional experience for potential and existing clients.Knowledge of Insurance procedures and practices related to personal injury claims is highly desirable.Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage case documentation efficiently and accurately.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software preferred.Prior experience in a legal or personal injury environment is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is a plus.
