At MG Properties, we focus on enriching lives – physically in our community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to our local communities, and through development and growth of our employees.We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, 2150 Apartments, in Chandler, AZ!As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenanceOverseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staffManaging system for handling resident service requestsAssisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnelConducting regularly scheduled safety meetingsMaintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expendituresCoordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!QualificationsAt least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!Must have experience in all trades.As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
