In this role, you will provide personalized instruction to help students strengthen their skills, build confidence, and achieve their educational goals. You'll work closely with students of various ages, tailoring lessons to meet their individual needs and helping them succeed in a supportive, engaging environment.Responsibilities Deliver quality instruction based on Sylvan ACE it! curriculum. A group of 8 students Teaching Ace It reading or Math 30 hour program in the Summer at the Boys and Girls Club in Uvalde Administer a Pre/Post test to see students placement and growth. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.Requirements Passion for teaching and helping students learn and grow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not required.
