Physical Therapist Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of inmates’ physical abilities, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals using standardized evaluation tools and techniques.
Provide inmates with education on injury prevention, safe body mechanics, adaptive equipment use, and home exercise programs to support their rehabilitation progress and long-term functional independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inmates evaluations and progress.
Physical Therapist Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited educational institution
Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
1+ year of relevant Physical Therapist (PT) experience
