Teacher-Reg.Ed./ESS

East Baton Rouge Parish School System seeks to hire a Teacher-Reg.Ed./ESS to work in Baton Rouge, LA. Duties include, but are not limited to: Teach academic, social, and life skills to elementary school students with learning, emotional, or physical disabilities. Includes teachers who specialize and work with students who are blind, have visual impairments; students who are deaf or having hearing impairments; and students with intellectual disabilities. Set instructional outcomes, manage classroom procedures utilizing questioning and discussion techniques, engage students in learning, and use assessment in instruction. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent field and a Louisiana teaching license or eligibility for license.
