Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Representative will take inventory and sell products to all stops as directed, provide customers with timely orders and friendly service, and maintain a constant professional image. Must service all accounts thoroughly.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesLives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.Build and maintain customer relationships with owners, managers, and points of contacts at each customer location.Starts work between 5 and 6 AM and continues until the work is completedMust be knowledgeable in the ordering process, product sales, account knowledge and BGC system programsUses strong interpersonal skills to influence others to support key BBG sales initiativesResponsible for in-store merchandisingResponsible for store inventory management and product orderingExecution of marketing programsEnsuring product freshness by rotating product and attending to expired productEnsuring coolers and drink equipment are clean and maintained. Requesting service when needed.Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned areaCommunicate daily with the Sales ManagerPhysical DemandsAble to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently Able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 260 poundsMust be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.Drive a company vehicle and enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the shift.Work EnvironmentWork in many different environments: outside, inside, break rooms, storesExposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditionsQualificationsValid driver’s license and approved driving record.2 years of sales or merchandising experience.Ability to operate electronic devices for ordering and trackingStrong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
