Lease Driver The Lease Driver will safely and efficiently deliver finished goods, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities & DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Deliver CWS products via tandem tractor/trailer as scheduled.Hand unload individual windows, doors and finished material as customer locations, with assistance.Clean and maintain tractor/trailer on an as-need/scheduled basis.Maintain E-logs(when required) or paper logs(when required) in accordance with DOT rules and regulations.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Private Fleet Manager.Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.Attend all required safety and performance meetings.Driver must abide by all DOT regulations and will be accountable for all CSA2010 incidents.Qualifications QualificationsPreferred-Driver must have a minimum Class A CDL drivers license and over the road driving experience with a tandem axle tractor and 53 foot trailer.Multi stop route experience preferred.Driver will provide all information as prescribed by the DOT for driving history.Have no more than three (3) recorded moving violations within a three-year period as a driver of commercial or private vehicle.Education/ExperienceMust be at least 21 years of age.A valid Class A CDL drivers License.Minimum of 2+ years of OTR experience preferredKnowledge and/or experience of driving in large metropolitan areas preferred.Must have a safe driving record.Must be familiar with all DOT regulations.CompetenciesTeamwork OrientationTime ManagementPerformance ManagementResults DrivenWork Relationships (Internal & External)Internal: Production, Quality, Supply Chain, SalesExternal: Customers, Vendors, SuppliersWork EnvironmentExposed to outside weather conditions.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderateConfined to the cab of a truck for extended periods of time during the day or night.Physical DemandsSit; use hands to steer a tandem axle tractor, shift gears, depress a clutch, brake, or accelerator.Must assist unloading of finished product at customers location.Ability to feel, speak aloud and hear.Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Lift and/or move over 75 pounds.Specific vision albitites required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.TravelMust be able to travel frequently.LocationThis position is based in Medley, Florida. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
