This is a highly cross-functional, project-led role focused on strategy, experimentation, and scaling modern advertising capabilities.You won’t be managing large teams day-to-day — instead, you’ll lead through influence, driving initiatives across a global, matrixed organization and working closely with agency partners, marketing teams, and technical stakeholders.You’ll play a critical role in redefining how advertising performance is measured, how audiences are targeted, and how AI is operationalized across the marketing lifecycle.What You’ll OwnThe AI transformation roadmap across external marketing and advertisingAdoption and scaling of AI capabilities from pilot programs to enterprise-wide executionModern advertising strategies including personalization, intent-based engagement, and account-based marketingEnd-to-end experimentation strategy: A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience developmentFull-funnel measurement frameworks and next-generation attribution modelsIntegration of audience, campaign, and business performance data into actionable insightsCross-functional alignment between marketing, data, and technology teamsCollaboration and orchestration of external agency partnersWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves:8+ years in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related fieldStrong experience within large, complex enterprise environmentsProven ability to drive marketing innovation through data and technologyBackground in analytics, marketing science, or advertising strategyProficiency in SQL and statistical analysisExperience with Python or RFamiliarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, DSPs, CDPs, or ABM toolsUnderstanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4 or similar ecosystems)Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams on scalable solutionsStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authorityDemonstrated career stability and progressionNice-to-Haves:Experience working in or with agency analytics / AI teamsExposure to machine learning, LLMs, or AI-driven marketing applicationsExperience with attribution modeling and predictive analyticsFamiliarity with signal-based targeting and synthetic audience developmentKnowledge of agentic workflows or marketing automation frameworksExposure to B2B or technical/industrial sectorsThe StackSQL · Python / R · BI Tools (Tableau or similar) · GA4 / Digital Analytics Platforms · DSPs · CDPs · ABM Platforms · Data Warehousing Concepts · Attribution & Measurement Frameworks · AI / ML Concepts · Experimentation & Testing Frameworks
