Assistant Coach

About Us:Caldwell Swim Club is looking for an Assistant Swim Coach to join our team. We are a group of highly motivated swimmers with three levels of youth training, focused on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the sport.Position Overview:The Assistant Coach will support practices and swim meets while helping create a positive, encouraging environment for swimmers at all levels.Requirements:Prior swimming experience (competitive or instructional)Availability two nights per week for practicesAvailability to attend two swim meets per monthAbility to complete USA Swimming Coaching Requirements in a timely mannerPositive attitude and strong communication skillsEnjoy working with kids and being part of a teamResponsibilities:Assist with swim practices across all training levelsProvide stroke instruction and technique feedbackSupport swimmers during swim meetsHelp maintain a safe and motivating environmentCompensation:$15 per hourJ-18808-Ljbffr
