About the Opportunity:The Document Retrieval Specialist is responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using proprietary online platforms. This remote role, based in Oklahoma, contributes by ensuring accurate and timely processing of legal paperwork, supporting the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team in meeting project goals and resolving issues.3. Responsibilities:• Review, validate, and systematically file sensitive legal documents using proprietary internal platforms and secure email channels• Actively participate in continuous professional training to enhance industry knowledge and adapt to evolving regulatory filing processes• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve administrative discrepancies or data errors as they arise• Complete targeted back-office projects and data audits as assigned by the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing leadership team• Maintain consistent workflow speeds while ensuring high data-entry compliance and document accuracy standards4. Requirements:• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent required• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy• Basic technical proficiency across Microsoft Office applications and web-based platforms• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks accurately• Strong collaborative mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude• Robust problem-solving skills to independently catch and research data discrepanciesPreferred:• Prior professional experience in data entry, administrative tracking, or legal support roles is a plus5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base hourly wage: $15.00 USD per hour• Formally structured as a fully remote position based out of Oklahoma6.
