The ideal candidate has hands?on experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems. A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently are essential.**Key Responsibilities**+ Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems+ Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment+ Install HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer standards+ Respond to service calls promptly and professionally+ Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs, options, and recommendations+ Complete service tickets, documentation, and follow-up procedures accurately+ Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working order+ Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations**Qualifications**+ 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred+ EPA Certification required (Type I, II, or Universal)+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively+ Excellent customer service and communication skills+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmentsOlsten provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
