We are growing rapidly and actively recruiting exceptional talent to join our mission of building the next-generation auto retail platform.What You’ll DoGreet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for their appointment slotsCoordinate with assigned EV Consultants for seamless handoff for sales consultations and delivery pickupsEnsure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impressionManage and maintain the daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveriesMonitor showroom traffic and proactively communicate with the sales team to minimize wait timesConfirm appointments and communicate any delays or changes in real timeFacilitate final vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointmentsCollect guest feedback on their delivery experienceEducate customers on post-sale support via support@evercars.com, including 90-day warranty processesSet clear expectations for follow-up communications and review requestsProactively follow up with recent buyers to encourage positive reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platformsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environmentEnsure the “Coffee Zone” is stocked, clean, and welcoming for guestsAnswer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiriesAccurately track customer visits, appointments, and handoffs in internal systemsSupport sales and operations teams with administrative tasks (data entry, paperwork, filing)Qualifications & Fit2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetHighly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable, detail-oriented, and punctualAbility to operate with ownership and minimal supervisionTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Experience using CRM or scheduling tools is a plusComfortable using Slack or similar communication toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in automotive, dealership, retail, or hospitality environmentsBilingual (English + Spanish or other languages) is a plusBenefitsCompetitive hourly payHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible / Unlimited PTO401(k) planWhy Ever and This Role?Be the face of the customer experience at a fast-growing EV retail companyPlay a critical role in customer satisfaction and delivery experienceWork at the intersection of operations, hospitality, and EV retailJoin a high-growth, high-ownership team building the future of automotive retail
