Eden Rose is partnered with a Vault Top 10 law firm and is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join its Debt Finance practice in New York, with a focus on energy and infrastructure finance.The firm's debt finance team is one of the most active and highly regarded in the market, advising leading sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on complex financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. The group handles significant, high-profile mandates and offers unparalleled deal flow, direct client access, and a clear trajectory for advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on a broad range of debt financing transactions, including:Project finance and development finance for energy and infrastructure assetsAcquisition financing and leveraged finance for sponsor-backed transactionsConstruction and term loan facilitiesSyndicated and club credit facilitiesHoldco and opco financing structuresDraft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and related financing documentationAdvise on financing structures across the energy transition, renewables, power, midstream, and broader infrastructure sectorsCoordinate with internal practice groups including tax, regulatory, real estate, and corporate teamsServe as a key point of contact for clients and lenders throughout deal executionSupervise and mentor junior associates on transactionsQualifications3+ years of relevant debt finance experience at a top-tier law firmStrong experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or energy and infrastructure finance preferredExcellent drafting and negotiation skills across core finance documentationCommercially minded with the ability to manage complex, multi-party transactionsStrong academic credentials and attention to detailJuris Doctor (JD) and admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility for admission)Why JoinWork alongside one of the most active and well-resourced debt finance teams in BigLawExposure to landmark energy transition and infrastructure financings with blue-chip clientsDirect client and partner engagement from day oneCollaborative, high-performance culture with strong mentorship and a clear path to advancementA market-leading platform offering unrivalled exit opportunities and long-term career developmentThis role is ideal for a driven finance associate looking to deepen their expertise in energy and infrastructure finance at one of the world's premier law firm platforms.Reach out if interested!
