资深脑电图工程师 Senior EEG Engineer

【岗位职责】• 牵头设计与开发脑电波EEG接收系统,包括电极阵列设计、与控制电子电路的集成以及信号提取算法。• 制定并执行EEG性能测试方案,优化滤波策略,以精准提取事件驱动型脑活动,尤其适用于闭环脑部靶向治疗。• 主要负责各类EEG阵列式治疗设备的设计、生产、测试及系统集成工作。• 深入把握行业发展趋势,推动EEG接收新技术的前瞻性研究与创新,包括自适应聚焦、实时反馈以及MRI/CT引导定位等技术。• 根据需求完成相关方案设计,并按项目里程碑要求输出成果。• 强调团队协作,根据团队产品开发流程,推动团队经验与技术的总结与重复应用。• 与电气、机械、软件及临床团队密切合作,确保系统级性能与安全性。• 协助准备监管申报所需的的技术文档、风险分析及验证数据。• 指导初级工程师,参与战略规划、知识产权开发及临床转化工作。【任职要求】• 生物医学工程、电气工程、物理学或相关专业硕士及以上学历。具有7年以上治疗或诊断EEG技术系统开发经验;有EEG医疗器械研发经验者优先。• 深刻理解EEG物理与生物学原理、电极设计以及电磁波在人脑中的传播机制。熟悉电磁仿真与测试工具,掌握波束形成算法,具备临床前研究经验者优先。熟悉常用调试设备:示波器、信号发生器、网络分析仪等。• 熟悉医疗器械标准及监管路径。• 具备良好的技术创新能力和团队协作能力。思维清晰,具备出色的沟通能力及跨职能协作能力。• 英语听说读写能力良好。【Job Description】Lead the design and development of warble EEG reception systems, including electrode array design, integration with control electronics and extraction algorithms.Define and execute EEG performance testing, filtering strategies to extract event driven behaviour especially for close-loop brain-targeted therapies.Mainly responsible for the design, production, testing, and system integration of various EEG array-type therapeutic.Understand the industry development trends and drive innovation in the preliminary research of new technologies for EEG reception, including adaptive focusing, real-time feedback, and MRI/CT-guided targeting.Complete the design of relevant schemes according to requirements and output results in accordance with project milestones.Emphasize team cooperation and promote the summary and repeated application of team experience and technology according to the team's product development process.Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and clinical teams to ensure system-level performance and safety.Support regulatory submissions with technical documentation, risk analysis, and verification data.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic planning, IP development, and clinical translation.【Job Requirements】Master's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.More than 7 years of experience in therapeutic or diagnostic EEG technology system development; experience in R&D of EEG medical devices is preferred.Deep understanding of EEG physics and biology, electrode design, and electromagnetic wave propagation in human brain.Experience with electromagnetic simulation and testing tools and beamforming algorithms, including pre-clinical studies.Familiarity with medical device standards and regulatory pathways.Good technical innovation and team collaboration skills.Familiarity with common debugging equipment: oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers, etc.Clear thinking, with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
