Business Development Representative

Looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative. Successful candidates will be experienced in integrated industrial, environmental, and equipment rental sales in the Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio surrounding areas to develop and implement sales efforts for the various markets served by Stallion. Plans and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals.Role Priorities / ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers for company products and services (equipment rentals & services, industrial, and environmental)Develop, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipelineProactively ensure that Stallion is on RFQ/RFP list(s) Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customer baseAnticipate, understand, and manage all existing and developing customer needsCommunicates opportunities internallyComply with short-term and long-term sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating proceduresLead development of proposalsAttend and participate in local company/industry sales and marketing events as requiredAssist in the MSA contracting and credit assessment processAdhere to individual expense (T&E) budgetEssential Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAble to identify, qualify and close sales opportunitiesAble to set individual goals and drive to achieve themAble to foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and OperationsAble to follow the company’s expense and reimbursement policyAble to uphold the highest standards in Stallion brand complianceWorking knowledge of contracting and negotiatingAble to understand and achieve sales quota goals and revenue expectationsAble to initiate, develop and maintain successful customer relations effortsExcellent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointProficient in SalesforceEducation Or Certification Required (if Applicable)Sales training certification or Bachelor’s degree a plusStallion Infrastructure Services is an equal-opportunity employer.
