Job Brief GFEBS Work Control Position: GFEBS Work Control Location: Dugway Proving Ground Summary: Reports to the Manager at your assigned location or his / her designee. Provides oversight of communication, work orders and daily and weekly scheduling. Dispatches technician work orders in accordance with the Dugway Proving Ground PWS. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in office operations and GFEBS operations. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent, some college or Business School training or equivalent experience. Licenses & Certifications required: GFEBS provisions and certifications. Purpose of Classification: Under direct supervision and guidance, provides clerical support for the assigned location. Receives, records, and distributes work orders to technicians and subcontractors upon customers' request for service. Principal Responsibilities:Assists with, collects, and enters timesheets for shop personnel in an accurate and timely manner weeklyReceives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers' requests for serviceRecords information, such as name, address, item to be repaired, or service(s) to be renderedPrepares work order and dispatches trouble calls to appropriate personnel within allotted time frameDispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using radio / telephone equipmentMaintains logs and records containing service calls, work control and inventorySorts and distributes service tickets or material to personnelMaintains logs, records, and files for contract activities, utilizing the forms and databases created by the corporate officeAttends meetings and takes notes as requiredMaintain and prepare all records of correspondence on AFH and UPH occupants if assigned to HousingMaintain waiting lists, as well as current, projected and anticipated vacancy records if assigned to HousingPrepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and prioritiesAbility to create special reports through manual and data processing information sources as requested by the Program Manager or GovernmentMaintains accurate facility files by contract requirements in a neat, orderly, and timely mannerGreets visitors, ascertains the nature of business and directs them accordingly Special Knowledge / Skills Required:GFEBS Administration must possess the following training certifications:A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Date MaintainerA76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance ControllerA76 DPW Contractor GR ProcessorA76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory MaintainerA76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning MaintainerA76 DPW Contractor PM Order ApproverA76 DPW Contractor PM Order MaintainerA76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter • Must have a valid Drivers' license. • Must have working knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc. • Ability to answer multiple telephone lines • Type or perform data entry activities at 45 wpm with minimal mistakes • Maintain neat and orderly files • Ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English • Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, using written and verbal skills • Ability to use computer manuals to perform system administration functions • Ability to use these forms and databases to provide monthly CDRL reports to the Government or Program Manager • Ability to greet visitors and ascertains the nature of their business and directs them accordingly • Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions • Possesses patience to work under stressful conditions DPG Services JV LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
