Compensation: $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Must be computer proficient A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired About Company Hale Law is a personal injury law firm with offices in Sarasota, Tampa, and Brandon, Florida.
