Job Title: Orthopedic SurgeonLocations: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Westchester County, NYSchedule: Monday FridayJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeSalary Range: $450,000 $600,000 AnnuallyTravel Requirement: Up to 75% travel within NYC locationsJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing and patient-focused healthcare team serving multiple locations across Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Westchester County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to bones, joints, ligaments, and musculoskeletal injuries, including those related to workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative medical team while delivering exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and provide accurate diagnoses for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions affecting bones, joints, ligaments, and related structures.Perform necessary surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures.Review patient medical history, imaging, and diagnostic tests to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.Perform surgical procedures to repair, restore, or improve the function of injured bones, joints, ligaments, and tissues.Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.Discuss and evaluate multiple treatment approaches to ensure the most effective care plan for each patient.Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, procedures, and medications in accordance with company policies and medical regulations.Monitor patient recovery and progress during and after treatment or surgery.Prescribe and administer medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and specialists to ensure optimal patient care.Supervise Medical Assistants and Physician Assistants to ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols.Communicate with administrative and management teams to ensure accuracy and coordination of treatments and surgical procedures.Maintain clear communication with referring physicians and other providers involved in patient care.Address patient questions and concerns before, during, and after surgical procedures.Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgical techniques and patient care practices.Qualifications & RequirementsBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic SurgeryMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical schoolActive New York Medical LicenseMinimum 5+ years of orthopedic surgery experienceExperience treating workers compensation and motor vehicle accident injuries preferredWorker s Compensation Board Authorization preferredKnowledge of No-Fault and Workers Compensation laws and regulationsAbility and willingness to travel between clinic locations within NYCStrong communication, leadership, and patient-care skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $450,000 $600,000 annuallyOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and supportive clinical environmentExposure to diverse orthopedic cases across multiple locations
