They are the hosts of the café and perform every task with top quality.Daily Tasks and Projects:First point of customer service, greeting and serving customers with a standard of excellenceOperate all associate stations including bar, cutting station and POSMaintain bar and shop cleanlinessExhibit strong knowledge of our beverage and pie menuCreate coffee, ice cream, and other pie related menu items to order, with attention to detail and consistencyJob Qualifications:Minimum 17 years of ageAbility to work a minimum of 3 shifts per weekAbility to attend every monthly staff meetingAbility to comply to punctuality and performance standardsRequired Education, Certification, or Experience:Food handler certification (completed within 30 days of hire)Previous customer service experience a plus, but not requiredCompensation and Benefits:$8.00 - $9.50 per hour + tips, based on experience401k and Telehealth (including mental health) after 6-month employmentOpportunity to participate in additional company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month employmentBonuses and raises available, based on meeting performance goals
