Customer Success Specialist

Our client inTrumbull, CTis seeking aCustomer Success Specialistto join their growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's most valued retail partners and corporate distributors. Our client offers ahybrid work schedule(3 days in office, 2 at home), salary in the$55k-$60k rangeand great benefits. Key Responsibilities Elite Account Management:Act as the primary brand ambassador and single point of contact for high-profile retail accounts and B2B distributors, delivering an exceptional service experience from initial inquiry to final delivery. Strategic Sales Support:Drive revenue growth by providing creative, tailored product solutions and production recommendations based on client needs, ensuring sustainable profitability and brand alignment in every interaction. End-to-End Order Oversight:Manage the full order lifecycle within SAP/ERP systems, proactively resolving complex pricing, logistics, and production discrepancies while maintaining an elevated level of accuracy under tight deadlines. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Field Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to solve time-sensitive challenges and identify opportunities to streamline departmental productivity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience:3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Key Account Management, or Inside Sales. Education:4-year degree is strongly preferred.
