Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grand Junction, CO, for a New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will guide prospective buyers through the home-buying process, present and promote new home options, and build relationships with both buyers and community members. Primary responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting in-person tours, consulting on customization options, and negotiating purchase agreements. You will also collaborate with the broader team to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in New Home Sales and general SalesStrong Customer Service and Negotiation skillsAbility to provide Training and educate prospective buyers on home-buying processesProactive, results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the Grand Junction, CO area, is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
