Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience and STNAs are the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team.If you value being part of this sacred journey, honoring the dignity and respect every individual deserves in their final moments, then we want to hear from you.STNA Qualifications:Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certificationMust be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide requiredHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferredMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisorsMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilizationMust have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicleSTNA Schedule & Benefits:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMTravel to the office in Cincinnati, Ohio is required.
