IT Project ManagerPosition Overview: The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-risk IT projects across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems including HCM/ERP platforms. This role drives project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure while ensuring alignment with PMO standards and business objectives. The position provides hands-on project leadership, manages vendors and contracts, oversees solution quality, and partners with business stakeholders to define requirements, streamline processes, support testing, and deliver successful outcomes.Location: Onsite in Melbourne, FLYour Day to Day as an IT Project Manager:Manage complex, high?risk IT projects across shop floor manufacturing MES applications (Solumina).Develop project strategy, scope, schedules, specifications, resource plans, and cost baselines.Manage budgets, vendors, contract negotiations, ROI development, and executive approvals.Create and maintain detailed schedules using PM tools and processes; maintain accurate documentation and SharePoint project sites.Proactively manage risks, issues, change control, and project dependencies.Provide accurate project status reporting tailored to PMO, stakeholders, and executives.Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and quality meetings, workshops, and cross?functional solution definition, future?state process design, and system optimization testing, validation, QA, data integrity, and change management activities.Collaborate with business-functional teams on project?related with and manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and integrators, to ensure successful project execution.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, engineering, or another related field.At least 6 years of IT project management experience delivering multiple complex projects.Strong understanding of project, portfolio, and organizational change management.Ability to define requirements, design solutions, and streamline business processes.Proven risk, issue, scope, and schedule management capability.Strong vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Must be a U.S. citizen.Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Flexible work schedules and paid time off to promote a healthy work-life balance.Professional development opportunities, including mentorship programs and sponsorship for continuing inclusive atmosphere that celebrates new perspectives and supports collaboration between different chance to be part of a mission-driven organization making a positive impact on the future of energy.Opportunities for continuous learning and training to grow throughout your career!Pay: $76,000 - $119,000
