This role demands a proactive leader with a hands-on approach and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities:API Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance APIs using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture on AWS.API Design: Lead the API design process with a focus on data-centric and detail-oriented solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with the USA-based architect and India-based tech lead to ensure seamless integration and problem-solving.Problem-Solving: Be on call to handle any critical challenges, ensuring swift resolution.Ownership: Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, demonstrating leadership and accountability.Required Skills:Java Spring Boot: Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot for microservices development.Microservices Architecture: In-depth understanding of building scalable and reliable microservices.AWS: Proficient in developing and deploying applications on AWS, with a focus on API development.API Design: Strong experience in designing data-driven APIs, with an eye for detail.Communication: Excellent communication skills to work across time zones and collaborate effectively with the USA and India-based teams.Self-Driven: Highly motivated and capable of working independently to drive solutions and meet tight deadlines.Qualifications:Experience: 9-12 years of relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS API Development.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and managing RESTful APIs and cloud-based microservices.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with global teams.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage critical projects autonomously.
