Paving Foreman/Screw Operator

Experienced Paving Foreman and Screw Operator wanted for reputable union paving company in Ashland, Ohio. Sarver Paving Co. is seeking a candidate with asphalt paving experience and skills to run a paving crew. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, leadership skills, a good attitude, and can communicate well with others. Sarver Paving Co. is based in Ashland, Ohio and works mostly local. There is no night work, or no travel. Overtime is required. Very minimal amount of Saturday work is required. This is a union job with top pay and benefits. The benefits are 100% paid by employer.*Our crew typically paves city streets, county roads, township roads, parking lots and a few residential driveways each year. We also chip and seal roadways.
