A company is looking for a Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service through various channels, acting as a single point of contact for member inquiries
Educate members on benefit plans and guide them through their healthcare experience
Resolve member complaints and ensure accurate documentation in relevant software
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
Medical claims exposure, including ICD-9/10 coding and CPT coding
