Be part of a team that inspires and empowers the next generation!Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Responsibilities:Supervise and engage students during before and after school programs.Drive bus to drop and pick children up from school.Plan and implement creative and educational activities.Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.Assist with homework and encourage academic growth.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.Maintain a clean and organized space for learning and play.Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.Participate in training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education preferred.Previous experience working with children in a group setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.Positive attitude and a passion for child development.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons.Background check clearance required.About Us:Ready Set Jump Learning Center LLC has been serving the Fort Worth community for over 10 years, providing quality educational programs for children.
