As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and converting warm inbound leads into successful sales. If you are a smart, enthusiastic, and team-oriented professional with a hunger for success, we want to hear from you!Compensation PackageBase Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annuallyCommissions: Competitive commission structure based on sales performanceBenefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales opportunities.Focus exclusively on quoting and closing new business for small business commercial accounts.Work with a variety of carriers, including but not limited to Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Western Reserve.Utilize EPIC and High Level software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.Collaborate with a team of intellectual and tech-savvy professionals in a remote, fast-paced environment.Act with urgency and maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but all levels of experience will be considered.Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with AI-driven and technology-forward processes and implementations.Management Experience: Previous management experience is required.Soft Skills:Smart and quick learnerEnthusiastic and self-motivatedTeam player with excellent collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesHunger for success and achieving sales goals
