Travelling Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent (all levels) to lead on-site delivery of complex manufacturing and industrial projects. You’ll oversee field operations from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and field teamsDrive project schedules in partnership with Project ManagersEnforce safety standards and ensure OSHA complianceOversee quality control, particularly across MEP and technical scopesLead site coordination, resolve issues, and report progressSupport commissioning and project closeoutRequirements4–15+ years’ experience in construction, including as a Superintendent on industrial/complex manufacturing buildsStrong knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP systemsProven track record delivering complex, fast-paced projectsWillingness to travel extensively across the South East or TexasOSHA 30 (preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale manufacturing builds in sectors such as automotive, science & tech, aerospace, food & beverage, semi-conductors or pharmaceuticalsFamiliarity with commissioning processes and equipment installationProficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6)Join a team delivering high-profile, technically demanding projects with strong career growth and competitive compensation.
