Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Technical Administrator / DeveloperLocation: Kansas City, MO (On-Site)Type: Direct Hire• $120K–$140K base + performance bonus• Full benefits packageOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Technical Administrator / Developer to join a growing IT team supporting a highly customized ERP environment.This role will play a key part in the continued growth, optimization, and technical evolution of a large-scale CSI platform supporting approximately 250 users. You will be responsible for maintaining system performance, driving enhancements, and developing custom solutions to support ongoing business expansion.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a complex ERP environment and enjoys both administration and development work. Candidates with SQL Server DBA experience will be highly prioritized.Key ResponsibilitiesCSI (SyteLine) Administration & Development• Administer, maintain, and enhance the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) platform• Support a highly customized environment including forms, business logic, integrations, and extensions• Perform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements to ensure stability and performance• Troubleshoot system issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives• Manage user roles, permissions, and security controls• Partner with business stakeholders to optimize workflows and system usage• Develop and maintain solutions using Infor Mongoose and related toolsERP Development & Integration• Design and develop custom ERP functionality, reports, and integrations• Build solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, and Infor development frameworks• Support data migration, ETL processes, and system integrations• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable ERP enhancementsSQL Server & Database Support (Highly Valued)• Support and optimize SQL Server databases aligned to the ERP environment• Write and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts• Monitor and tune database performance (queries, indexing, optimization)• Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processesERP Support & Collaboration• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues• Document configurations, solutions, and processes• Partner with IT and business teams to drive ongoing system improvementsRequired Qualifications• 5+ years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)• Strong experience with ERP administration, customization, and troubleshooting• Experience developing with C#, .NET, SQL, or similar technologies• Strong T-SQL and database scripting experience• Experience supporting ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements• Ability to work across technical and business teams effectively• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindsetPreferred Qualifications• SQL Server DBA experience (strongly preferred)• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments• Experience with Infor Mongoose, ION, or related tools• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools• Exposure to cloud-hosted ERP environmentsEnvironment & TeamThis is a collaborative, growth-focused environment where technical ownership and continuous improvement are highly valued.
