HR Data Management Specialist (Denver)

Job Title: HR Data Management Specialist (Contract)Location: Onsite – Downtown Denver, COPay: $24-$28/hrType: Full-time, Temporary (Approx. 3-6 months)Overview:Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support a high-volume records audit project with a well-established organization in downtown Denver. This is a contract role expected to last approximately 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.Responsibilities:Match anonymized I-9 documents with identifiers using audit spreadsheetsEnter, verify, and organize data into Excel and Nitro PDF systemsMaintain accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of recordsFollow established procedures and quality standards (manual provided)Assist with converting digital files into physical records as neededCollaborate with HR team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationProvide training on new I-9 processes with the HR teamQualifications:Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles with a preferred emphasis on HR related dataPrevious experience and/or exposure to HR training and/or learning & development responsibilitiesExperience with high-volume or repetitive data entry strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and maintain focus over timeComfortable with manual, routine work in a structured environmentAdditional Details:Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible start/end times)Location: Onsite only – no remote optionParking: Parking not provided, but a $150/month transportation stipend is available if neededOnboarding Requirements: Background check and drug screen (no THC) requiredReporting To: VP of Human ResourcesNote: This is a short-term contract role with no opportunity for permanent hire.
