Job Description Under general oversight, this role actively embraces our commitment to "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The position involves understanding the interests and needs of residents, aiding them in achieving their rehabilitation goals, fostering independence, and encouraging participation. Responsibilities include providing care and support to residents in a Skilled Nursing environment, with occasional supervision of caregivers delivering resident services. The role requires effective planning and execution of nursing services to ensure high-quality care.Available Shifts:Full-Time: 6 PM - 6 AM, Wednesday to FridayPart-Time: 6 PM - 6 AM, SaturdayCompensation:Hourly wage starts at $32+, based on experience, with an additional $2-$3 shift differential.Requirements:Education:Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current LVN/LPN license in the relevant state.Experience/Training:Experience in Senior Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospital, or Rehabilitation settings.Strong computer skills are essential for documentation, reviewing electronic health records, and team communication.Preferred minimum of 1 year of professional nursing or caregiver experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Valid LPN license in Oregon.Current CPR certification.What We Offer:At our organization, we are motivated by a purpose—transforming senior living and fostering communities where older adults can flourish.
