Draught Technician

Who We Are:Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.Job Summary:Draught technicians travel to bars, restaurants and other beverage outlets to ensure draught lines are cleaned and in proper working order.Duties/Responsibilities:Clean and service draught beer lines and equipment at assigned customer accounts on a scheduled basis Ensure all draught systems are functioning properly and meet company quality standards Maintain accurate daily service records using company tracking systems Travel to multiple customer locations using a personal or company vehicle Troubleshoot draught system issues and communicate solutions to customers Educate retail accounts on proper draught system care and maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Perform all duties in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner in accordance with established service standards Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Skills/Abilities:Self-motivated, as they will not have a manager on site with themEnjoys a job where they are active and moving around oftenOrganized, with attention to detailPrefers a flexible, dynamic job, as this is not a 9-5 “office job"Physical Requirements:Valid driver’s license and no major driving violationsLift and move equipment, product, and kegs weighing approximately 20–50 pounds and up to 165 pounds on a regular basis Perform frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods Travel between multiple accounts daily and safely operate a vehicle Work in varying environments, including bars, restaurants, coolers, and confined or wet spaces Benefits:Discounts on beverage productsPowered by JazzHRmqwQ1welXt
