Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I AgilityPosition Overview:The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating a wide range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, helping ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.The Human Resource Coordinator assists with the full-cycle hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires. In addition, this role helps foster a productive and professional work environment by assisting with employee relations matters, responding to employee questions, and supporting conflict resolution and performance-related discussions when needed.This position also supports HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, tracking compliance requirements, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. The Human Resource Coordinator works closely with leadership and employees across departments to ensure HR processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational goals and company culture.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion while thriving in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitesAssist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. Recruits and interviews candidates; provides management with hiring recommendationsCoordinates and/or conducts employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs. Coordinates programs to attract qualified candidates through the design and placement of position announcements, advertising, and/or participation in job fairsConducts exit interviews with employees; communicates findings to managementResponds to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs. Conducts ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolutionCoordinates distribution/communication of projects including but not limited to Employee Policy handbook, 401(k) open enrollment, and employee recognitionIdentifies potential employee-relations issues and makes recommendations to managementConducts investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violationsCoordinates administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment claimsAssists in administration of company compensation and benefits programsParticipate in the interview process for open positions. Provide administrative support to the facilityPerforms other related duties as assigned by management. RequirementsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of HR laws and regulationsBasic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employeesExperience in recruiting and staffingStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesFamiliarity with ADP Workforce NowProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills.
