The RN collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and applies age and population-specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. The RN provides care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, and is responsible for planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Provide individualized care to patients, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, deliver patient education, triage, and execute nursing interventions.QualificationsGraduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
