Job DescriptionEverstaff is seeking a dependable Administrative Support Specialist for a growing industrial organization in Solon, OH to assist with daily office operations and provide support across multiple departments.This role involves a variety of clerical, operational, and coordination tasks that help maintain efficient internal processes and support customer-related documentation and order management.Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 annuallySchedule: Full-Time | Standard Daytime HoursEmployment Type: Direct HireLocation: Onsite in Solon, OHKey ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain transactional data such as invoices, credits, and other financial records in internal systemsAssist with processing and maintaining customer orders within company databasesProvide administrative support to customer service and sales teams when neededPrepare documents, maintain spreadsheets, and create templates or forms as requiredReview shipping and freight documentation for accuracyProvide backup support for accounts payable and invoicing functionsReview outgoing documentation related to customer orders and ensure records are completePrepare and maintain documentation templates used for product certifications or compliance recordsAssist with tracking and processing internal production or operational ordersProvide administrative assistance to the purchasing function, including follow-up on orders or documentationSupport management with reports, data organization, and general administrative needsPerform additional administrative duties as assigned to support daily operationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing prioritiesProfessional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience maintaining spreadsheets and organized digital recordsExperience with accounting or ERP software is a plusDependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to perform general office activities including standing, walking, and using standard office equipmentOccasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to approximately 20 poundsIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other protected status under the law.
