Acquisition Processing Specialist

Acquisition Administrator Camping World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Acquisition Administrator to join our growing Acquisition Operations Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our RV acquisition process by reviewing purchase documentation, maintaining data integrity across systems, and supporting internal workflows.The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy document review, data entry, and working within multiple systems to ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant.Candidates with prior experience in title processing, dealership administration, or vehicle documentation review will find this role especially transferable.What You'll Do Review purchase documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before transactions move forwardEnter and maintain acquisition and inventory data across internal systems (Salesforce, HappyFox, and related platforms)Receive, scan, and organize documentation to ensure all records are complete and audit-readyIdentify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and resolve them proactivelyEnsure all required documentation is verified prior to funding and final processingCollaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealerships) to support efficient deal flowMaintain organized digital records and ensure adherence to company standards and proceduresFollow established workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracyWhat You'll Need for the Role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative review workExceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistenciesAbility to manage high volumes of information in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfort working across multiple systems and adapting to evolving processesPreferred (Not Required): Experience reviewing vehicle titles, registrations, or dealership documentationBackground in title work, lien processing, or dealership administrative functionsFamiliarity with dealership systems such as IDSCompensation This position offers a base hourly rate with the potential for performance-based incentives. Compensation is determined by experience, skill set, and organizational needs.
