Job DetailsDescriptionPosition OverviewThis is a dynamic, physically active position requiring movement throughout our waterfront property—from beach areas to recreational facilities and outdoor spaces—as you accompany children through thoughtfully designed daily and evening programming. You will work collaboratively with our children's programming team to engage guests in enriching, age-appropriate activities that reflect our resort's standards of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, educational experiences that delight young guests and exceed parent expectationsExecute daily themed programming with creativity, energy, and attention to detailEnsure the highest standards of child safety by adhering to all resort policies, procedures, and best practicesLead and participate in sports, arts & crafts, nature exploration, and recreational activities across various resort locationsMaintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming children's center environmentProvide warm, professional service to children and parents that reflects our Five-Star reputationAdapt quickly to guest needs and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, seasonal environmentQualificationsPrevious experience working with children preferred; passion for child development and engagement essentialGenuine enthusiasm for sports, arts & crafts, and nature-based activitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adultsPhysical stamina and ability to remain active throughout shifts in various indoor and outdoor settingsTeam-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative successCORI background check requiredComprehensive training provided.
