Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resource Generalist

Job Description Job SummaryThe Bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist will support daily human resources operations with a strong focus on payroll, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role also assists with benefits administration, including open enrollment and 401(k) support. The ideal candidate brings a positive, service-oriented attitude, is always willing to help employees and leaders, and contributes to a supportive and compliant workplace culture.Qualifications3 years of HR Generalist or HR administrative experienceExperience with recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and payrollExperience with benefits administration, open enrollment, and 401(k) plansUKG (UltiPro/UKG Ready) experience preferredKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesBilingual (English/Spanish required)Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviews, and offersCoordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure completion of new hire documentationManage offboarding processes including terminations, exit paperwork, and system updatesMaintain accurate employee records in HR systemsAssist with payroll processing and timekeeping (UKG experience preferred)Review employee hours, deductions, and data for accuracyRespond to payroll questions and resolve discrepanciesAssist employees with benefits enrollment and changesSupport annual open enrollment processProvide basic support for 401(k) plans and employee questionsServe as a point of contact for employee questions and concernsAssist with employee relations matters and investigationsHelp enforce company policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
