Role Name: Java Lead with Mulesoft Integration Location: New York (Onsite)Duration: 12+ MonthsJob description:Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to lead the design development and delivery of enterprise grade integration and digital platform solutionsThis role requires strong hands-on technical leadership across MuleSoft integrations Java Spring Boot development CICD automation and emerging AIMCP server capabilities along with experience in cloud and messaging technologiesThe Development Lead will work onsite to closely collaborate with architecture product and delivery teams ensuring scalable secure and high-quality solutions aligned with clients enterprise standardsKey Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design and development of integration and application solutionsAct as the technical lead and mentor for development teams providing code reviews and architectural guidanceDesign and implement MuleSoft based integration architectures including APIs message flows and system integrationsDrive hands on development using Java and Spring Boot for enterprise scale applicationsImplement and maintain CICD pipelines using Jenkins ensuring automated build test and deployment processesIntegrate AI related capabilities including MCP server concepts to support intelligent automation and next generation solutionsCollaborate with architect’s product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure adherence to security performance scalability and compliance standards expected in an insurance enterpriseSupport production readiness troubleshooting and performance optimizationParticipate actively in Agile Scaled Agile delivery processes and release planningPrimary Skills RequiredMuleSoft Integration ArchitectStrong experience designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and integration patternsJava Senior DeveloperExtensive hands-on experience with Java and Spring BootDevOps CI CDStrong experience with Jenkins based CICD pipelines and automationAI MCP Server SkillsExposure to MCP server concepts and AI driven solution componentsSecondary Skills PreferredAWS Cloud ServicesExperience with RDS SQS S3 DynamoDB and related AWS servicesKafkaExperience with event driven architectures and Kafka based messagingDatabasesStrong working knowledge of Oracle databasesExperience in enterprise integration patterns and distributed systemsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Development Lead Technical Lead in large scale enterprise environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross functional teamsExperience working in financial services or insurance environments is highly preferred
