Analytics Specialist

About the RoleWe’re seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to support reporting, CRM analytics, and data quality initiatives for a growing, mission‑driven organization. This role sits on a collaborative analytics team and partners closely with Finance, Development, and external vendors to ensure accurate, actionable insights.Responsibilities:Build and maintain Power BI (PBI) reports and dashboards to support leadership, finance, and external partnersWork heavily within a CRM environment to analyze, segment, clean, and manage dataCurrent CRM is Microsoft Dynamics (Power Platform, Dataverse, Advanced Find)Experience with other CRMs is welcomeWrite and troubleshoot SQL queries; explore schemas and relational databases as neededSupport financial and operational reporting, partnering closely with FinanceManage and improve data quality, including deduplication, validation, and standardizationProvide analytics and reporting support to internal teams and partner organizationsServe as a technical liaison with the CRM vendor, supporting enhancements and issue resolutionRequirements:2+ years of experience working with a CRM (3–5 years ideal)Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferredExperience creating Power BI reports and dashboardsWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databasesComfort learning data schemas and navigating complex datasetsExperience supporting finance, fundraising, or operational reporting is a plusStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsDetail‑oriented and comfortable owning data accuracy and cleanliness
